A dark feast for the eyes, “None More Black” group exhibition, co-curated by The Creep, opens this weekend at The Dark Art Emporium! Smooth and moody, kitsch and creepy, each artist wanders in their own interpretive direction – pouring their imagination into this all black velvet art theme that lets you embark upon the creative oddities and curiosities of their individual style. Wait until you see the texture…you’re gonna want to pet your screen. It’s so good, just stop reading and scroll down!
Time travel and see all the previous exhibitions. To view available artworks, visit the The Dark Art Emporium website! If you haven’t discovered The Art Pit DAE Podcast, now’s the time. The Jeremys (as in Jeremy Schott – Owner and Jeremy Cross – Assistant Director) discuss all things art, music, movies, and more. Episodes are available to stream using Soundcloud via The Dark Art Emporium website or their YouTube channel. The gallery is open by appointment only but that doesn’t mean you have to miss the show. Make your appointment today to visit and see all works in person!
We love collaborating with The Creep on exhibitions like this. He always comes up with interesting concepts and brings in artists that aren’t always already on our radar. But, most of all his shows are FUN. He’s a guy who doesn’t take himself too seriously and that sense of humor comes through in everything he does.

I’m a lover of all things kitsch, so doing a black velvet art show seemed like a cool idea, especially utilizing the kind of talent that The Dark Art Emporium attracts.
