Karen Remsen is a Chicago-based artist creating paintings with oil and precious metals such as gold and platinum leaf. Her work centers on exploring the multifaceted nature of female power and identity. Combining paint with reflective materials, her work also explores the beauty and complexity of light as it moves over a surface and changes throughout the day. Karen is a self-taught artist who rediscovered painting in 2020 after a hiatus of nearly 15 years. She has exhibited across the country in galleries that champion imaginative realism and contemporary figurative work.
Debra Keirce delights in the process of painting any and all subjects. She was a biochemical engineer in the 1980’s and 1990’s, leading teams that built pharmaceutical facilities in New England and then in Indiana.
From an artistic interest spurred through Life Drawing sessions, Liz Gridley’s work centers on her emotional experiences of the human body, internal stresses, and how a painted human subject can affect the emotional state of the viewer.
Eugen Varzić graduated in painting from the Department of Fine Arts at the Faculty of Philosophy in Rijeka (nowday’s Academy of Applied Arts) in 1999. He has shown his work at forty solo exhibitions and at more than a hundred collective at home and abroad. He has headed several artistic projects and worked on international visual art projects. He did further studies in art in Madrid, in the workshops of Eloy Morales and Antonio López Garcia.

Gabrielle Tito spent her childhood between New York and Rome, Italy, immersed in a culture of classical art, fashion and nostalgia for La Dolce Vita. Her family, having carved out a small niche in Rome’s fashion world, fed her obsession with painting couture.
