Claudia Ferrarini is a member of the Beautiful Bizarre Artist Directory
Claudia Ferrarini was born in Milan on 26/6/1971, where she still lives. At the age of 5 she took her first oil painting course, her passion grew until she attended the Liceo Artistico Orsoline di San Carlo, which ended with the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera, where she graduated in painting in 1992.
To support herself, she has worked since the age of 17 as an illustrator for comics, school publishing, and advertising agencies. At the same time, she cultivated painting, mainly creating commissioned portraits, up to the present day. She has taken part in some group exhibitions and a couple of solo exhibitions.

The figurative style is the backbone of her work, the substantial theme of Claudia Ferrarini research in recent years deals with the metamorphoses of man/animal, the return to nature as the only salvation for the human soul.
Also statues and ancient art are a part of her favourite subject, they brings with it the value of culture, of man as a container of beauty and torment. Death as a moment of passage releases all that is precious inside each of us as if it were golden blood.
