Amid wispy straw tufts and a barren thicket of gnarled branches, the landscape bursts to life with a sea of lavender, purple, and white crocuses.
Stumbling upon this heart lifting springtime scene - particularly after a long cold winter cooped up inside the house - would normally be delightful, but @jessicaliborstudio decided to challenge Mother Nature to a grand painterly duel by creating an oil plein air version which memorializes that 'anything is possible' vibe **365 days a year**.
If you aren't instantly swept up in the alchemy of Jessica bringing her painterly landscape to life under a canopy of drifting clouds and a gentle breeze, your heart is begging you to hit the replay button. Just do it.
This wonderfully grounding painting (literally and metaphorically) will be on display at Jessica's @eracontemporary solo show, "Preternatural", which opens Sunday, September 11th at the Garden Barn Loft of Philadelphia, PA's @tylerarboretum.
